Muy bello el parque, me encantó. Pero en la entrada me atendió en la ventana 6 AGGUIE q habla español pero muy mal servicio me dió esa persona, es una lástima q un sitio como ese tenga una persona tan poco profesional para atender al público.

Not going to buy tickets from CityPass again
I purchased a 4-day multie park tickets for Universal Studios from CityPass and had a mixed experience. The first two days went smoothly, with no issues entering the Universal Studios parks. However, on the third day, my daughter and I were denied entry to One of the parks -Volcano Bay. The staff member at the entrance refused to let us in, claiming we can not use the QR code provided by the CityPass, even though it worked fine earlier. After we went to get confirmation from the supervisor, and supervisor confirmed these are valid tickets, the staff then argued that CityPASS tickets are uncommon and implied the problem was with CityPASS itself, not their lack of training and willing to help. In stead of taking accountability, they placed the blame elsewhere. It was disappointing to encounter such unprofessionalism and lack of resolution. While the CityPASS is a convenient option in theory, I recommend being cautious, as it seems some park staff aren’t adequately trained to handle these tickets. This caused unnecessary stress during what should have been a fun day.

Save money on Universal with citypass
I used chat GPT to find to get info on discounted tickets to Universal as my famiy of 4 from Sweden were to visit in Aug 2024 and one of the bashes was Citypass. I was not sure as there are multiple scams when it comes to cheaper online tickets in general so i checked for reviews and found multiple reviews in favour. I am sharing my positive experience with Citypass so you can use the benefit and save on each ticket. I saved around $270 with was great.
Secondly download the universal app and you can add the citypass tickets by scanning the qrcode and its that simple to use.

Universal Studios cheaper
It’s cheaper than buying directly from Universal Studios. I recommend buying ahead of time though because the delivery takes a bit. You can still add them to the Universal app and wallet.

The only thing I couldn’t do is to save my tickets in my wallet, because is easier to use them there. I had trouble to read my tickets in the mail I received them.
