Só ficamos 4 dias em Chicago, e o C3 caiu como uma luva. Aproveitamos todas as atividades, e as reservas foram fáceis de fazer e de revisar, quando precisamos.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Upset06 from Frustrated and Upset For the most part, this is an excellent tool to see whatever city that you may be in, but if you are turned away and are refused to be able to enter an attraction, good luck with getting in contact with someone because the customer service is absolutely terrible. When you try to go through the refund process due to not being able to attend through not fault of our own, it’s only through email and it is a horrible experience.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Deep dish from Not easy to modify reservations This CityPASS made our 5-day family trip very affordable, but there are some areas that could be improved. Many attractions require advance reservations, which can be made easily through the app. However, it’s not easy to modify reservations in the app, and we had to call customer service each time to make changes. We were told there have been frequent system issues, but I hope this can be addressed as soon as possible.

We had reservations for the Skydeck on our last night in Chicago at 7pm on 3/15/26, unfortunately the company decided to close early and failed to contact us regarding their closure. It was raining that evening and we along with several other groups were obviously disappointed and fairly soaked. Would love a partial refund for the inconvenience.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Sam S. from Great Value City Pass was great, we used it on our trip to Chicago, We used it for the Shedd Aquarium, Skydeck 360, Griffin Museum of science and industry, Art Institute of Chicago and my personal favorite the Shoreline Siteseeing Architecture river boat tour. Definitely would recommend it.
