Toronto CityPASS
Fabuloso!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful stress-fee I recently used CityPASS on a trip, and it made exploring the city not only more affordable but also incredibly convenient. The savings were significant — we got access to several top attractions at a fraction of the regular price. It felt great knowing we were getting the best experiences without overpaying. One of the best features is how easy it is to use. The digital tickets were right on my phone, and skipping the long ticket lines at some places was a huge bonus. Every attraction included was high quality — museums, aquariums, observation decks — all curated to give you a true taste of the city’s best offerings. What I really appreciated was the flexibility. We didn’t feel rushed and had plenty of time to enjoy each place. CityPASS is perfect for families, couples, or even solo travelers who want to get the most out of a trip without the hassle of planning every detail or spending a fortune. Highly recommend CityPASS to anyone looking to explore a new city in a smart, stress-free way!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Money and time saver! Easy to use! Buying the CityPASS was the best decision for our trip to Toronto. We have used CityPASS in the past in Tampa and so glad we bought them again. It was simple to use. We didn’t have to wait in any ticket lines. If we needed to reschedule something that required a reservation, it was a quick and easy process. We saved time and money with our purchase. We will absolutely buy a CityPASS again in the future!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Cheerful traveller summer 2025 I am so happy that I have bought CityPASS, it is so convenient, simple , easy to use app, advance booking and nd its informative location. I enjoyed our 5 places of visit in Toronto with 1 hour cruises (July 8 Tue 5pm cruise) around Lake Ontario which is the most impressive. Great team and has a memorable cruises in just one hour- Catherine's friendly and nice smiling; Parthiv's understanding of "Toronto", CN tower, Roger Centre,Redpath sugar...etc. Thank you so much for giving me a memorable visit to Toronto.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great way to enjoy the city and see a lot! If you're looking for great things to do to give you an overview of this great city, CityPass is the way to go. We enjoyed the museums, CN Tower, the Aquarium and more and saved money compared to buying individual passes even at promotional prices. If you only want to do a couple of the listed venues, you need to evaluate the cost, but if you do them all you certainly do save money.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely Disappointing Experience — Unhelpful Cus I rarely write negative reviews, but my experience with Toronto CityPASS® was so poor that I feel obligated to warn others. My group bought the Toronto CityPASS® hoping for a smooth, enjoyable experience — but it turned into one of the worst travel hassles I’ve had. We planned to use City Cruises Toronto, only to be turned away by the boat captain at the dock after initially being told we could board. There was no explanation — just public embarrassment and wasted time. We spent extra money on Ubers to get to and from the cruise, only to be left stranded. I called CityPASS® customer service immediately, and their representative specifically advised us not to use the final attraction on our pass so we could request a refund. We did exactly what they told us to do in good faith. Despite this, CityPASS® only refunded $16.99 — the portion for the cruise — and refused to honor a refund for the unused ticket they explicitly told us to skip. So not only did we lose money, but our time and vacation plans were completely disrupted. Their refund policy clearly states unused tickets are fully refundable within 365 days, but apparently, they don’t stand by this when it actually matters. Customer service was polite but ultimately unhelpful — just copy-pasted responses with no real effort to resolve the issue fairly. I won’t use CityPASS® again, and I’d caution other travelers to think twice — especially if you want a company that will stand by its policies and treat customers respectfully when plans go wrong through no fault of your own.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will purchase this all the time!!! So glad that we purchased the CityPASS for our recent visit to Toronto. 6 of us went and visited the CN Tower, the Aquarium, the Museum and the Zoo. We were able to use the short lines too!!! We missed our reservation for the CN Tower but upon calling CityPASS, they changed it easily!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Slight Regret for a local Savings are true. Tourists may appreciate it more to see what this city has to offer. Locals beware of zoo renovations, many of the animals are not on display. Reservations were made but not checked once for us. CN tower and the aquarium is packed and beware of tourist sneezing freely in the air and kids running freely with their hands in the air and their eyes closed. As for the zoo, spent 8 hours pulling a wagon of our kids gear which seems like every passage was uphill no matter which direction you go. New wooden walkways are not clearly marked and there is no reference or many workers to guide you until you are at the end of the wrong path. CityPASS. I pass. 3 stars only for the savings. Pack your patience, tolerance and understanding.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Priced right!!! Was a bit disappointed in the city cruise. Definitely should start at the top of the morning so that you can get everything in. Traffic is a bit much in Toronto. CityPASS is decently priced.
